Attitude Builders and Consultants (ABC) is the second-generation melioration of a reputed private sector construction firm in Kerala.

In 1984, our founder Late Er. K S Jose conceived the idea of an affordable, transparent, trustworthy and dependable partner in the Construction sector. Starting from the Concept Design, through the Detailed Engineering, Authority Liaison, Construction and till the Handing over, he shaped his clients’ dreams to reality. Riding strong and stringent on values and ethics the team under him has completed more than 150 projects in the state of Kerala which were from sectors of all spectrum including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Warehouses / Logistics, Telecommunication, Places of Worship etc.

Following his untimely demise, the operations were taken over by his successors who decided to further improve the firm’s capacity to cater the ideas of an ever-reviving clientele. And thus, ‘Attitude Builders and Consultants’ were formed. ABC is currently headed by the successors of Mr. Jose, who have completed formal Technical, Management and Research academics from the pioneer institutes in India. We bring along experience and expertise from association with variety of projects in Buildings, Real Estate, Infrastructure Development, Power Sector, Oil and Gas Sector etc from across India and GCC.

ABC initially commenced with Construction Contracting, but in short period grew and extended our operations to Project Management Consultancy, Real Estate Development and Joint Venture Developments. In the short period following the succession in 2015, ABC have successfully completed more than 50 projects, and with a good number of ongoing projects in our order books. We have proudly garnered a strong client base.
